Hunter College Event Management can accommodate a range of events and programming and is available for rentals year-round. If you want to rent one of our event spaces as a venue for your athletics competition, concert or performance, conference or meeting, filming for the television and film industries, or if you’re planning a wedding reception, party, or social event, please fill out our Reservation Request Form or contact our staff directly by phone at (212) 650-3174 or email [email protected]. We will connect you with an event planner to help you schedule and organize your event.
Our Events Management Team is happy to work with you to develop a strategic plan to accommodate your requirements. We’ll advise on choosing the most suitable venue and location. We offer event-support services, including setup and cleanup, catering services, security, custodial, technology, multimedia support, and more. We can provide a skilled onsite manager to assist in event execution.
After you’ve submitted the Reservation Request Form, the Office of Events Management will review your application within two business days. First, a team member will email you to schedule a brief call to address any questions. Once your application has preliminary approval, an event planner will reach out to request a Zoom, phone, or in-person meeting in order to clarify your goals, concerns, and expectations. Your event planner then will produce an estimate and may recommend optional support services.
